Semi Private Training
Train in a small group environment while receiving personalized coaching and programming. Semi private sessions combine individual attention with the motivation of training alongside others.
Pricing:

Private Training
Private sessions provide one on one coaching that is tailored to your specific goals. Each workout is customized to address your movement, mobility, and performance needs. Private training is also available for junior golfers who want to develop proper movement habits early.

Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes are fun, engaging, and designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. They are ideal for golfers and active adults who want to build consistency in a community setting. Join us on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00 AM for a total body workout that complements your golf game.

Golf Fitness Challenge
The Golf Fitness Challenge is a four week program focused on progressive improvement. Each week builds on the previous one, moving from foundational movement and strength to power and performance. You will see tangible results in your mobility, control, and overall fitness.

I have been to 5 other trainers over the course of the last several years, and I was tired of everyone trying to turn me into a body builder - of course I want to be in shape, but I also spend a lot of time playing golf and hockey. I spent too long being trained in ways that didn’t align with my interests and sore from being overworked as well. My friend recommended Jenn, who has been awesome. She is by far the smartest and most organized trainer I’ve had and pays more attention than anyone else I’ve worked with (ie, she was able to fix something with my ankles - probably from old injuries - that made barbell squats a lot easier and less painful, while also being able to lift heavier, that no other trainer caught in years). Because of the focus on mobility and how she structures her workouts I am also not sore like I used to be. The golf simulators seem to think I am driving it further (I’ll have to update this once it’s warm out) and I’m having a much easier time in hockey games, so whatever she’s doing definitely works. I had done my research and shopped around and trained with one or two others but she surpassed them all with her knowledge, commitment, flexibility, outgoing persona and overall attention to detail. Her program is progressive and manageable and keeps you wanting to strive to the next phase and level.
