Hey, Golfers! I’m Jennifer, a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certified and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, passionate about helping you feel your best both on and off the course. I believe that when you feel strong, move well, and stay injury-free, every round of golf becomes more enjoyable—and life beyond the course improves too. My goal is to empower golfers of all levels to build a strong foundation of fitness so they can play their best game and live their best life.

With a deep understanding of fitness and movement, I’ve created programs that help golfers improve their strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether it’s adding distance to your drive, moving pain-free through 18 holes, or simply feeling stronger every day, I’m here to support you.
